At Peppo and Pets, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with article 68 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, on amendments to the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must include all accessories and be in its original packaging. Please note that personalized or perishable items cannot be returned.

Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error on our part (incorrect or defective product).

Refund Process: Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used to make the original purchase.

Full Refunds: We will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the returned product, including applicable taxes. We do not provide refunds for original shipping charges.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
